Your obsession with time

time is a man made invention. What are yal in a rush for. these words are beautiful they have power. be respectful to the creator. you think this is long, your marrying someone for life. when you look back do you really think those seconds and minutes are really gunna matter. I want it long so i can live in the moment and for the moment. Everyone wants this fast life and has something to complain about. appreciation and respect is such a rare thing these days. always rushing for something, its the journey not the destination. go with happiness

My fiance and i are going to be using this ceremony on Friday. As for it being a bit long, we took the liberty of removing quite a few paragraphs we didn't care for, and omitting some words we thought were negative or didn't agree with. otherwise, I think it's quite beautiful, and it can be whatever you make it! I agree with Mary, if people have a hard time waiting 16 to 18 minute for the party, I think they should re-examine their priorities.

This doesn't seem long at all... Having been to more than a hundred weddings this is pretty much average to short range. I'd tweak it a little, but seems nice. =]

Time it out

I am a wedding Officiant and this ceremony is about 16 -18 minutes long..maybe some need to know it is about them not you getting your free food and drinks which that it what your apparently wanting.

i have used this ceremony several times for wededings i have officiated and it actually only takes about fifteen to twenty minutes to do it all! it flows quite nicely

i am very happy with this. i have been looking forever to find vows i like. i do NOT beleive in god and jesus. i trust in what i cannot see but i beleive in greek myths, in zeus and hades. i am so happy i found something that i can use and still keep my beleifs and not have to think blah blah god this god that.. and i like that its long it feels more meaningful even if it is non-religeous. thank you !!!

Goodness Gracious! This is LONG! I am looking for a non-religious wedding ceremony, but after reading it...I can say for sure I will not be using this one! I think all our friends and family will be asleep by the end!
