Have changed this slightly to fit a situation. I am a Notary Public here in Florida which is only one of 3 States in which a Notary can perform a marriage ceremony.
That said, I will be joining an older man and his bride - both retirees - soon and they had asked me to write their vows. This ceremony is precisely what I believe they are looking for and have sent it to them for their approval.
