Sounds like no one read this the way I did

I think this is perfect for getting married a second time. It says "to learn to love you more each day, through all the days of our lives" and "My love for you is endless and eternal". This doesn't sound like a maybe or temporary thing to me.

this vow sound a bit more cautious because it is a second marriage vow. of course you should love someone before you got married, but those people have apparently promised their 'eternal love' to someone else before and IT HAD NOT WORKED OUT. SO BASICALLY, THE PERSON WHO SAID THIS VOW HAS BROKEN THEIR PREVIOUS VOW and hence it sounds not very romantic. although i am not in the position of a second marriage, i think this vow suits those who are remarrying as it is honest and reflection about their previous marriages and their promise to work very hard to make the marriage work this time.
